‘FA’ is a Limited Company registered & based in the United Kingdom with associated European offices and partner airlines throughout the world.

‘FA’ is proud to be a member of BACA (The Baltic Air Charter Association). BACA has stringent rules of membership and maintains high standards of quality and integrity within the Air Charter Industry.

Despite the instability of the aviation industry the company has thrived and expanded. This success is a direct result of the experience of its staff that deliver consistent, reliable services, finding creative solutions, offering transparent pricing and building long-term relationships with customers.

The company is based in modern freehold offices in Horsham, West Sussex, close to Gatwick Airport. The broking team comprises of staff with a wealth of experience in the airline and air charter industries.

The 24-hour operations environment are further enhanced by state-of-the-art information and communications technologies, which use Microsoft Terminal Servers with Remote Desktop Protocol, to give staff full access to applications and communication systems from any location.
